Pros: Beautiful, nostaglic and large. Many rooms means many options

Cons: $$$$$, pretty far from where we actually live.

Seymour Marine Discovery Center

Pros: Beautiful, ocean, large. Seems relaxed and low key

Cons: Only one room, a lot of things are BYO, not taken care of for you. 

Santa Cruz Dream Inn

Pros: Wow pretty. Nice open spaces, nice feel

Cons: Seems really pricey, though still need estimates.

San Benito House

Pros: could rent out the hotel itself, nostalgia, pretty

Cons: Space itself may be reasonable but catering itself is super expensive.

Hollins House

Pros: Can rent out the whole space, beautiful, I really like the look of the trees, large

Cons: Seems about median price but a lot of weird extra fees. >_< 

Amphitheater of the Redwoods

Pros: Space looks gorgeous, looks like it can accommodate a lot of people, seems like they take good care of you

Cons: BYO alcohol, middle to high range in price 

By the end of the week I will contact all of these directly and get more details, then by the engagement party I will narrow it down to three. GO GO PLANNING.
